Is there a way to track all the activities from
some 3000 contacts in my public contact folder ?

The only thing I see in all the books on Outlook is
to move the personal journal items in the public folder.
But the tracking I want to to is not from peresonal contacts.

Is it too much for Outllook to do ?
Is my only choice are to buy a CRM ?
