It is very likely that your database is corrupt. Try finding
JETCOMP.EXE (it should be on your disk, probably in Windows/System, or
you might need to download it from http://www.*-*-*.com/ ) to
repair it. If that doesn't help consult Peter Miller at
http://www.*-*-*.com/ for his highly regarded database salvage
service.

Or... get out your backup disks.
