 Tracking changes made to Tools - Options

Hello;

Is it possible using VBA to track changes made to Tools- Options without
using the Project Change event ?.

One way may be to set the options through your own userform instead of
tools -> options. You need to create UserForm like the inbuilt options
dialog or you can consider to include only those settings which you want to
track. Then as per user entries, your vba program needs to set the options
programmatically and immediately log the change. Also you can create a new
menu or redirect the existing options menu to your program using "onAction"
property of the menu item.
