Mike N #1 / 3	Word MailMerge - a bug or a feature I had the following inside my word document. By accident, I'd set the document type twice. This has the effect of turning off the option "Turn off blank lines in addresses". Is this documented somewhere (I don't see it in the help) or is it a bug. Seems rather strange for it to be intentional to me With MailMerge .MainDocumentType = wdFormLetters .MainDocumentType = wdFormLetters .OpenDataSource Name:=sDataSrc .Execute End With -- Mike
