 using outlook 97 object model with outlook 95?

hi.. is it possible to use an exe of vb6 that was written with a reference
to outlook 97 and was included in an installation pack with that reference,
on a computer that has an outlook 95?

There's no such thing as Outlook 95. Outlook 97 was the first version.
