Set SaveSentMessageFolder property to any folder of your choice before
sending the message.

Note that this technique works only if the target folder is in the default information store (i.e. the same set of folders as Sent Items). If you want to save to some other folder, try using a rule or building code to monitor the Sent Items folder for new items.
