Print Form or report In Word

Hello there

I have many reports

I need to send reports that i have to other computers without access at all

therefore i need to send the reports as word documents.

When i using publish with word it shows bad:

Icons' colors and other styles aren't shown in word

The reason of this it because access send the item im Rtf Format which
dosen't provide the special styles that i need to show.

How can i create word document that will looks as same as the report?

From the report newsgroup i understand that i need vb for doing this. How
can i do it?

If you are unfamiliar with vb, the easiest way for you
will be to create a mail merge document in Word that
looks like the report you've already created in Access.
In Word's mail merge helper dialog (Open the Tools
menu and select Mail Merge), select, as the data
source, the Access database file (ie files of type MDB)
and, when the DDE link is initiated, select the same
table or query on which your report is based.  You can
then create the Word document you want by merging.
