Is there any way to execute a VB application immediately after a user first
starts Outlook and once Outlook has initialized itself?

For Outlook 2000 only:

1. Write a COM Add-in that loads when Outlook starts.
2. Invoke the VB app in the OnConnection event of the COM Add-in.

Hello,
    Is there any way to add my groups and shortcuts when Ol2K starts. In
Ol97/Ol98 I can do it by delete outlook shortcuts file and add my shortcuts
to the outlbar.fav in IExchExt::Install() ,but now Ol2K initilize the groups
before application run into IExchExt::Install ().
    I use VC++ for my program language, Can any one to give me some tips or
samples .
    By the way, if I use COM add-in ,how can i do it in VC++?
