 Converting VB code modules in Access 95 to Access 97

Are there any utilities that will analyze VBA code, in an Access 95 database
that I have converted to Access 97, and make the changes to the code so that
it will run in Access 97.
If there are no such programs, can anyone recommend a good reference book
that might help in this as I have not yet learned the changes  from VB 4 to
VB 5.
