Field for tracking changes to a task ?

Field for tracking changes to a task ?

Does anyone know if there is an MS Project field that tracks new and
existing tasks?  In other words, I want to see if a task has changed
(be it the task name, cost, or date) or added to the project. (be it
from last save, baseline, or something), by using the field/attribute.

Thanks in advance.

The "created" field tells when a task was created. You can always do a
direct comparison between start and baseline start - same is true for any of
the baseline fields. There is no built-in field to track changes to task
names etc. You could implement something using the task change event.
