Get Regional Settings using Access 2.0

I have tried to get the regional settings using the
glr_msauGetLanguage() function.  Which seems to be buggy.  I need to
know whether the language is UK English or US English.  When I test with
the glr_msauGetLanguage() function I get the code (1033) telling me US
English even though my computer has been set with English (Australian)
(code 1056) and rebooted.  Does anyone have a suggestion on how to
determine the language?

Thanks,

Zmerz--Dallas, TX
