
HTMLBody in the Outlook 2002/XP
In Outlook Express, you can get the entire message detail. I'd take a look
and see if the HTML part is really being included but has a bad header line
or if it's missing. That doesn't provide a fix, but might yield a clue.
What kind of mail account are you sending through?
