Interpreting OUTLOOK 200 using Visual J++

Hi,

Please do forgive me when ma question is stupid or a RTFM question.  I just
seem to be looking at the wrong place:

How can I access/(read, write synchronize etc.) Outlook 2000 objects
(Contacts, E-mails etc.) using Visual J++ (or via some API call in some DLL:
I can call those using JDirect) and where can I find a description of the
objects and possible functions for it).

Do I need any extension for my Visual J++ prof. Edt. for it, or can I do it
using my normal, Dev. Environment of Visual j++ Prof.

Thanks,

Vincent Houkes
