hello everyone, I was wondering if there was a way to automate putting text into the gantt chart view. The text would change each time I ran the macro. Any thoughts?

If you mean the Gantt bar text, then you can set say Text1 field as text field in the Bar Styles dialog box and as you change the Text1 field (using TaskObject.Text1 = "Your text") the Gantt bar text is automatically updated.
