 How to Start Windows Explorer from an Outlook Form ?

Microsoft say to type the following code in the Script Editor, :

Sub Item_Open()
      Set MyApp = Item.Application
      Set Web = MyApp.CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")
      Web.Visible = TRUE
      Web.Navigate ""
   End Sub
