 DateDiff without Weekends

I need a routine in Access95hat with give the the DateDiff without weekends
and standard federal holidays.

I have seen one inf the old FoxPro 2.6 (DOS version).  But I can not get
anything like it to work in Access95.

Would someone please help?        Thanks,      Ed Bloom
