I'm trying to see if an inbound email is coming from outside

hence my interest in the MSGFLAG_ORIGIN flags (3 of them).

Are they not implemented?

They are implemented, it is just the public MAPI headers date to the Outlook
97/98 time.
I have never seen flags other than the ones defined in the old headers, but
you can try to look at the messages using OutlookSpy - when you select
PR_MESSAGE_FLAGS in OutlookSpy, if it shows an integer instead of a symbolic
value, you have a new flag and you can easily deduce what it is.
