Need to start developing some smart tags, but I can't
seem to find what I'm looking for anywhere and I'm hoping
you can help.

I need an article that describes creating a Smart Tag in
VS.Net with the Smart Tag 2.0 Type Library and that's
about it. Thought it would be easy to find, but I've
looked for two hours and I've gone through the SDK to no
avail.

Any help would be great,
