 help file (129)

I just downloaded Visual Basic Help for Outlook 98 from the Web,
following the instructions in Q183220.
To test it I opened Visual Basic 6.0 with SP3, added a reference to the
Outlook 98 object library, and started the object browser.
In the browser I selected the Outlook Library and clicked on TaskItem,
Open, and the question mark icon.
Finally I clicked on Item, which was green and underlined with green
dots.
I got a message from Windows: "The topic does not exist.  Contact your
application vendor for an updated help file(129)"
I tried looking for "help file(129)" in the KB, but got no hits.

I don' t know why it's not linking up properly in the object browser, but
you can just run the .chm file that you installed as part of the download.

For Outlook 98, the file should be VBAOUTL.hlp. You can open the file
directly by double clicking on it. I'm not sure why VB is unable to locate
it. Perhaps it's not installed where VB is looking?
