I have been assigned the latest task in our Office 2000 project of writting a
dialing system, to simply dial a number, and remain off hook until the user
terminates the call.. The use of the dialer.exe program is not practical
because the user needs to  retain control of Access, while still having the
"hangup" button on screen, along with many other functions.

I have tried regular VB code to acheive this with no luck.. I've tried some
other workarounds also with no luck..

If anyone knows how to simply send information and receive information from the
COM ports in VBA, any help would be appreciated...
