Programming the min and max values of an axis

Dear Anyone,
Is there a way to programmatically set the minumum and maximum values
to be used on the y-axis of a graph. Microsoft Graph always seems to
require y=0 to appear when the y-axis scale settings are set to Auto. So
a line graph of values ranging from 100 to 120 will still have a y-axis
ranging from 0 to 120ish. I am graphing data which can vary considerably
and would like to set sensible axis ranges. Any ideas?
