Does anyone out there have a function that automates e-mail?

Basically, I am looking for my app to generate messages
without any input from the user. Any help would be
appreciated.

I use Acc 97 and MS Exchange.

Look at the Sendobject method. You can use this to create e-mail messages.

I use SendObject, but I can't seem t automate it.  The login screen,
etc, always pops up.  Is there a way to use SendObject without any
input?

Sorry for the delay. Your message showed up only today in my news server.

I'm still meddling thru MAPI and don;t think i have full control on it yet.
Also,  I haven't played with MS Fax and printing to it thru MAPI.  I'm
mainly stressing on manipulating Exchange. Btw, I haven't been able to
include images in the reports output as Access doesn't allow that by
default.

Sorry if it doesn't help you out.  If it's any worth,  here's why I had
replied to the email. Using a loop, it's easy to iterate thru a table and
append all user names to the message. Here's the function I was using
