 Find out the selected phoneno in a selected contact

Hi,

if, in the contacts folder, you select a contact and in this you select a
telephone-number field then it is framed with a dotted line.

How can I find out that data?

Sorry, but Outlook provides no way to get the control that currently has the
focus.
