I placed DateTimePicker control to custom form. It works fine but not on all
computers. OK, I know is need to install mscomct2.ocx to target computers (I
have this control because there are several developer's programs installed
on my machine). Strangeness is that mscomct2.ocx already installed and works
fine on computers with Office XP Professional SP1 or SP2 (English) but not
installed in computers with Office XP Professional SP2 (Russian).
Furthermore, it does not want to be installed.

CAB-file was dowloaded from
http://www.*-*-*.com/ (I found this link in
KB: MSCOMCT2.OCX Is Not Included with Microsoft Office XP Developer). After
istallation file mscomct2.ocx appears in %SystemRoot%\System32, but not in
Custom Controls List (called in Design Form mode). Installation: extract
files MSCOMCT2.OCX and MSCOMCT2.INF from cab, right click on INF-file and
choose "Install".

What's wrong? How to solve this problem?
