 Outlook "New" Button

Subject:  Outlook "New" Button

Question:  How do I identify which function (Contact, Mail, etc.) the "New"
button is representing?

Description: 1)  Action->  Click on the contacts folder
Reaction--> the "New" button, now represents the "New
Contact" button.

Scenario:  When a user clicks on the "New" button and the function is "New
Contact".  I need to display a custom form.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!

 Outlook "New" Button
It depends on the default item type or message class for the current folder.
