I want to add a revision number or ID number to the email
messages (Outlook97) that i create. I have a MS-Access97
database that records my meta data of documents.

Which procedure can generate my document number on values
stored in MS-Access, write the meta data of my email in
MS-Access and attach the generated number to my
email-messages like the revision number field in Outlook?

I hope someone knows this.
