 VB6 DLLs and Windows 2000 DLLs

Providing that you are not creating your own vb dlls, is
there any time when VB6 will overwrite a win 2000 dll?

That's a pretty vague question.  On their own, no.  Not unless they, or their setup
program, were written with malicious intent.  Maybe you could rephrase, if this isn't
what you were looking for?
