
Form Toolbar vs Control Toolbar
You actually want to use a protected form with the fields from the Forms
Toolbar. Once you have the fields where you want them, click the "Tools"
menu, select "Protect document" (for forms) and the user only has to TAB
between each of the fields or click on the check boxes. No
VBA required.
