Controlling a digital camera from a bound object frame

Please help.

Information:
1)  MS Access 97
2)  Olympus Digital Camera
3)  Said camera is a TWAIN device

What I want to do:
1)  On a given form, I would like to click or enter a field (a bound object
frame?) and have the digital camera snap a photo.
2)  Automatically stuff the resulting JPG or BMP into that field.

Any ideas?  Do I need to create my own ActiveX control?  Do I need some DLL
or VBX information about the particular TWAIN driver that I'm utilizing?

Thank you in advance.
