Hi,
I have been charged to build an application with outlook
that includes:
* adding a button on a toolbar
* adding forms and event handlers
* filtering incoming messages

I am new to outlook. Is there a document that describes
the technical side of outlook and provides information
about the application model and the API of the tool?
