Cannot use VBA macro's in Outlook 2002 (XP)

I want to use some VBA macro's in Outlook 2002 (part of Office XP), but
every time I try to execute a macro, Outlook tells me macro's are disabled.

I can't enable them via the Tools | Macro's menu.
Is there another way to enable macro's in Outlook?

Thanks.
