The module itself might be corrupt. I've seen this with forms and reports,
so it seems reasonable it could happen with module objects as well. The
solution for me for the forms I've had get corrupted (for which compacting
and repairing did no good) was to delete the form and rebuild it. You
might try copying all the text in the module to Notepad, import the
database into a new database file (as Steven suggested), and then recreate
the module from the saved text.
