 Date Fields on custom form move when using XPrint

 Date Fields on custom form move when using XPrint

I have built a custom form for our company and i am using
date picker and Xprint when any one goes in to print the
form using XPrint it moves all of the Date fields that are
using Active X Calendar to the top of the form.
