Office XP only: Spurious bookmark added to Word document Automating Powerpoint from Word

This problem occurs with Word 2002 and not with Word 97 or Word 2000.
And occurs only if PowerPoint is not running before the Word macro is run.

See http://www.*-*-*.com/
details and a macro that will reproduce the problem, at least on my system.

Can anybody reproduce this using Office XP SP 1?

I give more details on the software I'm using at
http://www.*-*-*.com/

I added the following info today to  the 4th paragraph of the description
of this issue in http://www.standards.com/OhMyWord/VBABugsFeatures.html.

"Note that the bookmark is added ONLY if there is not already a bookmark
marking the full text to be copied."

I just replaced the example with a better example which proves that the
problem occurs  under the following circumstances:

1. There is not already a bookmark  in the Word document covering the text
to be copied.
2. Powerpoint is not running.

And, I noticed that the procedure sometimes needs to be run twice to see the
problem, so I've modified the code to run twice.
