not enough memory to run

Hsie #1 / 4	not enough memory to run Hi helper, I am using MS 97 on windows 95 platform. Recently I install MS Office 2000 small business tools on a separate folder cos I need it to read one of the database system. Anyway eversince I stall the business tools, when I open up my MS word 97, I get a message saying "not enough memory to run word". I check my HD space and I still have about 8GB left so what seem to be the problem?? I try uninstalling the business tools using the add/remove programs but it wouldnt work. Now I am stuck with the program, is there another way of uninstalling it??

Is there a way to get back to the original, get my MS Words running again without having to upgrade my RAM? I think I have only 32MB RAM. Quote: > How much RAM do you have? Memory prices are pretty low these days -- unless, like me, you have an old system which requires some funky RAM modules that aren't produce anymore -- so it won't cost you too much. Try chipmerchants.com, for starters. The problem most likely is that the Business Tools require lots of memory; since you only have 32MB, the extra memory requirements may be solved by using your hard drive as a swap file, but that slows your system down.
