Check Out Of Office status on exit

Outlook2000 automatically asks the user on startup if he/she wants to turn
Out Of Office off (if it was previously turned on).
I am trying to write a piece of code to do the opposite when the user exits
from Outlook - check to see if Out Of Office is off, and if so, ask the user
whether or not it should be switched on.

I can catch the exit event, but can't see any way of programming against the
Out of Office feature.  Anyone have any thoughts?
Regards
