Method '~' of object '~' failed

This is occuring on one PC that i have installed my
program on...the other 6 PCs run fine with the same test
case.

The program opens a template and save it as a temp file,
and then begins to fill in bookmarked fields on the Word
document. The error occurs after the document has been
opened and saved, and at the point where I first try to
move a text field into the selected bookmark.

Also, it only occurs when the user has a Word or Outlook
message open (otherwise the program runs fine).

Any ideas? Why is this happening to just one PC?
