I use Office 2000 developer and I remember that I created a setup wizard for
one of my Excel spreadsheets but now, I can't remember how I did exactly.

In the VBA editor, I assume it is in Tools and something called like "addin
manager"
but before that I have to reference a DLL.

am I right and which DLL is it exactly?
