Getting data of an Outlook/Exchange folder to Excel

Hi Guys

1) Looking for a utility or code to print out emails (subject, date) by
folder

Anyone know of a reporting utility?

            BTW they are public folders.

2) Is there a gui (like a qbe) available for doing queries on Exchange

Am I the first one to want to get data out of Exchange/Outlook?

1) Any reason why you can't just use File | Print and the table format?

2) No QBE, AFAIK.

Next time, you might want to cut down on the crossposting.

Because I want to email them to a client - I am using public folders to keep
outstanding bugs on a project
Since the subjects give a general idea, the client could be kept informed.

I hate crossposting. I thought the question covered exchange and outlook,
although I am not that familar with the exact purpose of all of these
groups. Which ones are obviously wrong - I think only
microsoft.public.outlook.installation

I'm confused. Your original message said you wanted to print the contents of
a folder. Now you want to mail them the list. Which is it?

The Exchange groups deal with applications that run from the server, not
client applications like printing a list would normally be, but now that I'm
not so sure what you're trying to do, they might be relevant.

Both - I keep all my incidents (bugs, feature requests) in a folder - some
public folders some just outlook folders. I want to be able to copy all the
items (subject, date and importance) to an email or to excel or word and
email the client and him to be able to highlight the important ones and
reply back.

I guess I am thinking about an access table - I can copy the data and paste
to excel, word, an outlook message and print out the item.
