UnPublish a form already Publish....

Hi Philippe,
you should have a listbox at the top of the dialog, in which you can choose
the different locations where custom forms can be published (e.g. Personal
Forms, Folders etc.) If you published the form in a foldeer, you have to
choose that folder in that box and then you should see the form.
