Error#429: ActiveX component can't create object

 Error#429: ActiveX component can't create object

This tends to be because DAO350.DLL is not properly registered.  For the
machines I have worked with, executing "regsvr32.exe dao350.dll"  from the
Runfixes it.  You should not need to reboot, but just restart Access.
