word macro to use HTTP Post to send currently loaded word file

Could someone please point me in the proper direction (or a code
snippet) to do the following:

we want to create a word macro using VBA that will send the current
word document to a web server using HTTP Post.

the idea is to stream word documents from the web server, and then
have users make modifications, and re-post the files back.
